@AirbnbHelp On march I postponed my reservation on September, since than because of Covid our situation changed. Job loss, No vacation time, request to quarantine on NJ from NV. 2 weeks now I'm trying get refunded my host agrees. Called twice. NOTHING TILL NOW. RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
