Hi @AvantiWestCoast I’m a Visually Impaired passenger on the Euston to Liverpool Lime street service I did book passenger assistance but was unable to check in due to earlier train delays. Is someone able to meet me at Liverpool - coach D 63

@leechristie4@SW_Help Honestly, as someone who is visually impaired I find the announcements helpful when it’s dark or overcast/raining etc and I can’t see where I am clearly.
The lack of announcements on other modes of public transport is a massive hindrance for me (buses especially)
@SW_Help The guard on the 1040 is lovely, deserves a commendation.
They’re obviously dealing with a load of issues today but still being helpful on the intercom.
