The issue is not accepting the #Eritrea #Ethiopia Algiers Peace Agreement fully. That was done when #Ethiopia's then PM Meles Zenawi signed it in front of int'l witnesses & guarantors at Algiers on 12 Dec. 2000. The issue is the FINAL&BINDING #EEBC decision of 13/04/2002. #Badme
