@acaseofthegolf1 Recovering HP here (still a PGA member) and I can tell you definitively that I don’t miss it because of situations just like this. The pay can be good, but it’s not worth dealing with asshole members on a Saturday while you’re missing your kid’s soccer game.

I was just sent a video of someone going hammer on a club pro because they couldn't get caddies (the club has very limited caddies in the fall once kids go back to school).
The person was wildly out of line and I would post it but I don't want the person who shot the video to get in trouble.
But I feel so bad for club pros. 95% of people are great at clubs, the 5% outweights the 95% and its not close. Give up your summers, your weekends, your holidays and get bitched at by people who will never be happy.

Every club pro deserves a raise.
