Choose to train! If you’re in two minds whether to do so, when your initial plan was to take action - choose to train! You’ll feel so much better mentally & physically afterwards.
You’re not stuck.
You’re avoiding something uncomfortable.
Start before you feel ready.
Move before you feel confident.
Momentum comes from action, not clarity.
Act anyway.
I respect this level of focus from my client.
Knowing how to perform an exercise matters more than simply knowing what to do.
Anyone can work hard. Not everyone can move effectively.
Effort matters. Execution matters more.
Technique first. Always.

The posts I share with you aren’t just meant to help bring out the best version of yourself, and for me to do the same. But also to ensure that when we act this way, our actions enable us to serve others by passing on the same energy, frequency, and intentions.
Performing one exercise is enough to get you back into consistent training mode. The work you perform triggers thoughts and feelings that can bring you back to showing up. If you’re in doubt, try! You’ll be glad you did.
When you trust in the process of whatever it is you’re working towards achieving, you’re also trusting in yourself. This is perfect alignment, so don’t lose sight of it, keep feeding into it.
Next workout, don’t just chase reps or time. Chase quality. Full range of motion, clean form, total focus. Feel the movement. It’ll feel harder, but you’ll get way more out of every rep.
Are your habits currently working for you, or against you? Take a little time today to think about this. The small amount of time you spend could turn out to be the best thing you do for yourself today, this week, this month, or this year!
