More photos from the Year 6 visit to the story session with Year 2 today. Year 2 writing even helped to elevate the Year 6 writing later in the day. We love sharing our learning and inspiring each other!
Class 6X spent a very enjoyable morning today listening to Year 2 read their stories. What brilliant writers! Year 6 were very impressed by not only their writing skills, but also at how confident they were in reading their stories out loud for us. Well done Year 2!
Another action packed day on the Year 4 residential at Burwell House. Pond dipping, fire starting, enamelling, hammer and nail art, The Great Eggscape, an after dinner quiz, and games on the lawn. Night night!
A fantastic first day for our fabulous Year 4's at Burwell House. Problem solving, exploring the grounds, orienteering, and a camp fire sing-a-long with marshmallows and a biscuit. Beds made, children showered, and all now safely tucked into their beds. Night night!
This fabulous lot have blown everyone away with their fantastic end of Year 6 performance 'The Pirates of the Curry Bean.' Lots of giggles, superb acting, and beautiful singing. Some stars of the future here for sure! @MLMusicals
Home from a fabulous few days away with Year 6. They were, and I quote from PGL staff here, 'The best behaved, most polite group that we've ever had.'
More photos will be uploaded to the Y6 blog tomorrow morning...but for now, nighty nighty!
Another fabulous day at a very sunny Caythorpe Court. Mrs Turner particularly liked one of their games today (See the video - you'll have to ask the children about it!)
We look forward to welcoming all pupils back into school tomorrow morning (Wednesday 23rd) for the start of our Summer Term - we can't wait to get started!
Lots has been going on in school over the Easter break, and there's lots more to come over the next few weeks!
