@SpotifyStatus Hi, as of yesterday (16th April) major problems using Spotify (UK) on Android. Uninstalled, rebooted etc. Zero issues previously, now laggy to the point of non functionality and cutting out mid song. Anything to do with the last update?

@SpotifyCares Hi, eventually managed to log out when the app was responsive enough, but unfortunately the steps above have not made any difference. My desktop version seems to be running as normal.

@SpotifyCares Ok, it's open now so the Spotify version is 8.6.18.720

@SpotifyCares Sure, I have rebooted my phone and uninstalled then reinstalled Spotify (I can't tell you which version as it won't open). Using a Samsung S8, SM-G950F, Android 9. Looking at Google Play, seems many people are having similar issues since the update.

@naoisefalafel The chronic alcoholic flatmate/landlord whose flatmate's room I would inhabiting as he left for overseas. On my moving in day in the kitchen I asked for the WiFi password, he answered and in the process almost knocked himself out as he fell, taking a cupboard door with him.

@naoisefalafel A few weeks later I arrived home late from work to find the flat in darkness & an A4 note from his sister under the door to say he had been hospitalised for his chronic alcoholism. I left within six months. Poor guy. But not my problem.
