Equal pay for Equal Work approved by VC in favour of Contractual AP's in @KUK_HARYANA. Why can't @Hr_Educationjk implement same in Govt. Colleges of state. We have pin hope on esteemed LG Sahab @manojsinha_ that he will implement same in colleges of UT of J&K as well.

The dignity of contractual lecturers is kept upright by HED Chandigarh by providing them equal pay for Equal work. If Chandigarh analysed the need to pay as per UGC norms why step mother approach is adopted towards us. Kindly, pay us at par other States and UTs.@manojsinha_
