So, recently, I was a little tricky with my #freshmen 👩🏻🏫 I gave them a timed, in-class essay *insert panic here* then instead of my grading the essay, each student graded their own essay using the state rubric and wrote a reflection on the back (which I graded instead).

@techamys Absolutely. Publishing only the positive aspects often creates islands of struggle. Feelings of it must just be me. Teaching is hard. Teaching is important. Share the truth of it in all aspects. ❤️
