We are aware of issues with online card payment provider @Worldpay_UK This may cause issues in that some EliteLive paid for online bookings/ items are not able to complete (times out). WorldPay are currently investigating and is with their technical teams.

Third party critical software vulnerability 'LOG4J': ESP supplied customer servers do not have log4J (or apache) installed so thus are not affected by this vulnerability.

WorldPay are carrying out essential maintenance on the Worldpay Online Payments between 02:00 and 05:00 (BST) on 08/09/21. They will perform these works as quickly as possible but there will be downtime to the online payment services. Zero value transactions will be unaffected.
