The amendment needs 29 of 35 validators above 80% support for 2 straight weeks. It hit exactly 29 on Oct 1 — then briefly lost support and reset. ⏳

Markey just called a debate question “McCarthy-esque.”

Joseph McCarthy died in 1957. That’s not a reference - that’s a fossil.

Markey turned 80 in July and he’s still living in the Eisenhower era. It is time for generational change - but that change isn’t Seth Moulton - because Seth Moulton said he agrees with Markey on everything.

💥 $XRP could be approaching one of its biggest moves yet...

But the real question is:

**Will YOU actually benefit when it happens?**

Kevin O'Leary puts the CLARITY Act at 50/50 this year. Iran situation could pull lawmakers away before it crosses the finish line. Stablecoins already settling cross-border payments faster and cheaper — sound familiar? That's the lane $XRP has been running in for years.

XRP's Bollinger Bands are at one of the tightest compressions analysts have seen in years.

Compressed volatility doesn't tell you the direction.

It tells you the scale of what's coming. ⚡

They lacked authority?

They brought basically every senior leader and you had to call Trump a dozen times.

(Never mind checking in with Bibi!)

Not a great sign...

Trump suggested they aren't going after Iran's underground uranium.

But, excavators and supplies being moved into naval yards.

[John E Deaton @JohnEDeaton1]

REGARDING LINQTO:

Voting on the Bankruptcy Plan ends on January 26, 2026.

As I stated below, I will hold a spaces soon to go over the plan once again, including the options to choose: whether you select to place your shares in a Liquidation Trust (LT) - held in Trust until an IPO or Liquidity Event - or place your shares into a Closed End Fund (CEF) publicly traded on the NASDAQ - or you choose a combination of both and select a percentage allocation to each option - a percentage into the LT and a percentage into the CEF (e.g. 90-10; 80-20; 50-50, etc.).

A LOT of misinformation has been stated over voting for the plan. Some folks have stated that if you vote in favor of the plan you give up your property rights. Not true.

Shortly after the bankruptcy, I filed a motion asking the judge to impose a Constructive Trust - to declare that the shares held by Linqto in fact belonged to customers.

Some folks have argued that the judge MUST first determine the issue of ownership before we go any further. Also, not true.

Litigating the Constructive Trust would’ve been very lengthy, involving dozens of depositions and hundreds of thousands of documents, and a trial with witnesses. It would have cost tens of millions of dollars and easily exceeded $100M when finished.

There was a very real chance we could’ve lost the argument on Constructive Trust. If we lost the argument, then customers would’ve likely received the money they invested back (cost basis only) - no upside.

But even if we had won, we would then need to figure out how to deliver what was left over to the actual customers (and that’s where we are now).

Doing that, after a trial, would’ve evaporated another $30-$50M of customer funds. In other words, even if we had won - after litigating the issue - customers shares would be sold to pay for the $150-$200M in costs.

Instead, the Debtor and the Creditors Committee, with the invaluable guidance and hard work of Brown Rudnick (@KennethAulet, @stephendpalley, Robert Stark and others), agreed to settle and avoid the costs - so that customers potentially receive no less than 95% of what they are actually owed.

On behalf of myself and the 4400 Linqto customers I represent, I agreed.

Some disparaging comments have been made about the lawyers handling this case.

The lawyers at Brown Rudnick, mentioned above, along with the lawyer representing the Debtor, Sam Schwartz, have acted in a way that makes me proud of my profession (fyi, I have experienced the opposite feeling at times).

The lawyers handling this case would make much more money - as in tens of millions - if they didn’t settle and litigated all the issues involved. They put innocent investors/customers first.

IMO, without question, this plan is what’s best for CUSTOMERS.

But you don’t have to take my word for it.

Below is part of the transcript from the December 23, 2025 hearing.

[Lauren Williams @LaurenW66346287]

Actually, she knows EXACTLY what she is talking about and saved 6000 lives during covid. She now treats vaccine injured patients. She is a world renowned medical expert, has been honored by the State of Texas and is respected by every medical provider of any caliber not owned by big pharma. Additionally, she is a Stanford Medical graduate. She effectively “won” a lawsuit against the FDA and their misinformation where they had to take down their ridiculous tweets bought by big pharma. She has been platformed on some of the top podcasts in the country and is highly respected. The only people who don’t respect her are doctors and medical boards owned and operated by big pharma. She has put her license on the line to save lives and has more moral clarity that most people can only hope to ascribe to. Unlike so many doctors who sold their souls to big pharma, @MaryBowdenMD lives by the Hippocratic Oath she took.

Has it occurred to you that perhaps hospital protocols are what are killing patients and not the disease itself? Do you understand that doctors who are not associated with hospitals can critically think and use out of the box or off label treatments that are highly effective and can actually save way more lives than a hospital can? Whereas doctors in hospitals or associated with hospitals are not allowed to do anything even when some know the protocols they are forced to use will hurt the patient more than it will help them. Do you understand that is why no one trusts most doctors and hospitals any longer and why people trust doctors like @MaryBowdenMD who are not associated with hospitals or are paying out of pocket to go to concierge or functional medicine doctors if they can afford to do so (which is deeply sad)?
