Some men have spent years being everyone else’s support system while having nobody to lean on. Today, check on that strong friend. It might mean more to him than you realize.📌
•~Men’s Mental Health Awareness ~•
Men are so quick to complain that the world don’t care about “Men’s mental health” but when their fellow men tell them they’re depressed or going through some emotional or psychological stress they’re so quick to tell him to man up.
We need to care for ourselves and stop telling men to stop behaving like a woman if they are going through mental crises, men should fix themselves first before the world will start caring.
The strongest thing a man can do is ask for help.
Nearly 80% of suicides in the U.S. are men.
Many spend years battling anxiety, depression, stress, or hopelessness before ever talking to someone about it.
We have to change the conversation around men's mental health.
Your mental health matters. Your struggles matter. Your life matters.
This month, I encourage every man reading this to check in with himself honestly. Talk to someone you trust. Prioritize your health. Reach out before things feel unmanageable.
You don't need to suffer in silence.
Some men are dying in silence.
Not because they wanted to. But because somewhere along the line, they were taught that pain should be hidden, tears should be swallowed, and struggles should be carried alone.
This Men's Mental Health Month, remember:
The strongest men are not the ones who suffer quietly.
The strongest men are the ones who speak up before it's too late.
Check on your brothers.
Check on your friends.
Check on yourself.

After months in c@ptivity, Boko Haram reportedly releases 416 abd¥cted women and children in Borno
Suspected Boko Haram insurgents have released 416 women and children abd¥cted from Ngoshe community in Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State.
Confirming the development on Sunday, President of the Borno South Youth Alliance (BOSYA), Samaila Kaigama, said all the captives regained their freedom on June 6.
According to him, “BOSYA has secured the release of all the Ngoshe 416 women and children. They were released 06 of June.”
Kaigama said the group had been actively involved in efforts to secure the victims’ freedom through sustained engagement and negotiations.
“We are happy and grateful that through our efforts, our persistent cries, and long discussions, the results are now being seen,” he added.
He urged the Federal Government, Borno State Government and relevant local authorities to carry out proper screening and rehabilitation of the released captives.
The release comes months after Boko Haram f+ghters reportedly att@cked a military base in Ngoshe on March 4, burning operational vehicles, dispersing security personnel, k+lling an unspecified number of people and abd¥cting several residents, including the women and children who have now been freed.
Efforts to obtain a reaction from the Borno State Commissioner for Information and Internal Security, Usman Tar, were unsuccessful as calls to his phone reportedly went unanswered as of press time.
Let me put this here
Every time an Arsenal make a post in rebuttal to what someone from your fanbase does, we'd start hearing things like Arsenal fans are too soft, they can't take banter,
Every time, you guys will be singing like canary birds about how you hate Arsenal.
"This is why we hate Arsenal"
"This is why everybody hates Arsenal fans"
Steady whining like horses
I have one question for all of you..... What will your not hating do for Arsenal?
Will it make us less competitive or more competitive? If it's less competitive, then we don't need it.
I mean, how exactly does you liking Arsenal benefit us as a fan base?🤔
We didn't make the rules, y'all did for 20+ years, trying to belittle everything we did, every trophy we won, every match we won.
Right now, we're simply matching the energy one after the other!!!
So don't act surprised or feel you can hate us more.
As a chronic Arsenal fan of 3 decade plus, i deeply need you to hate us more, because if you're looking for humility then go to Rome. For a club you believe you are bigger than.
We really do live rent free in your heads..... Your hate is the perfect skincare!!!
The day you stop hating, that means we are doing something wrong again..... So pleasessssseeeeee HATE ARSENAL and don't ever shut up about it 🫵🏾
