@elonmusk …create a process of due diligence to contact the owner, give them x time to respond, and then sell the handle to the highest bidder. Heck, auction all the dormant handles with no owner response & no activity in more than 2-3 years. 2/2

Hey @elonmusk I have a revenue idea for you. Open up Twitter handles as a marketplace like domain names. Allow people to sell/auction them (Twitter obviously takes a cut). Also allow people to make unsolicited bids to purchase dormant handles. If there is no response... 1/2
