@Alison_is_lost I didn’t play all of it, but Vampyr did this by letting you drink almost any NPCs blood (killing them in the process) to level up and make the game easier.

Not doing this made the game harder in many ways, but NPC quests and interactions were cool when they aren’t dead lol
