@savefinchingfld @JamesCleverly @RobertJenrick @cllrgbutland @gabrielle_spray This seems to be a cynical attempt to deflect the blame onto PINS for your own failures in ensuring a Local Plan was put in place 2 years ago. Both of you should be fully aware only a judicial review can overturn an appeal decision.
