Good morning @_PastorUmoEno, I'm sorry to disturb your engagement in the UK with Mr President at the Royal Palace. Please back at home, the number of mad people along Nwaniba road is alarming. Some of them have started migrating across town to Oron road and other parts of town.
At Mayflower, we have 3 mad men close to the new police checkpoint. At plaza, we have one mad woman. I don't know if that man that prays to the statues at Ibom Connect(Plaza roundabout) is mentally stable too cos he prays there day and night.
We need to take this mentally unstable people off the road. During Sen. Godswill Akpabio's(@SenGodswill) tenure as a governor, we had little or no mentally unstable people loitering around the road because the wife of the then Governor, Mrs Unoma Akpabio had an initiative to cater for all mentally unstable people in the state. Which they even arrested some stubborn ones on the road to rehab centers. Its an eyesore I'm sorry to say.
These people are a part of the society. Having mad men roam the street is a reflection of the people, the government of the day and everything this State stands for.
I am not mad, you, Mr Governor, you are not mad. The senate president is not mad, so no one deserve to be mad in Akwa Ibom State๐ฉ
Please do well to look into these issues the moment you come back. I will ensure my voice is heard.
God bless you. God bless the Arise initiative.
