Totally agree. Ridiculous rent and no chance of getting your machine repaired, until your service provider has to jumped through hoops, rams and an induction.

Only 5 mornings in a working week, if we can only work between 6am and 9am servicing costs will go through the roof! On top of that, sites will go days with no espresso machine, money in the till or customers when their espresso machine is repaired. ITS GETTING BEYOND A JOKE!!!

Power crazed shopping centres telling Engineers they must be off site before the shops open. They are concerned about the health and safety of the shoppers. Pressuring engineers to rush so they leave site in time.
