@Revolut I have been trying to downgrade my plan for over 24h but I keep getting errors and cannot get to a human support agent. I’ve been messaging an AI assistant who said that I’m next on the queue for the next agent available. I’m still waiting and this is ridiculous.

Flying Business Class with @FlySWISS comes with expectations. If crew take a personal item, it’s their duty to return it or inform the passenger. I was flying with my baby—I needed support, not added stress. This failure in service must be taken seriously.
