Pour rappel, Pape Thiaw 🇸🇳 avait signé un contrat de 3 ans pendant la Coupe du Monde avec un salaire mensuel d’environ 46.000€ et une prime à la signature d’environ 183.000€.

Cependant, le contrat n’a jamais reçu l’approbation officielle de l’État, pourtant tiers-payeur dans ce dossier.

L’État indique qu’il n’est donc pas en mesure d’assurer le paiement du salaire prévu dans ce contrat.

Pour le moment, la Fédération sénégalaise doit donc assumer seule tous les engagements financiers contractés avec Pape Thiaw 🇸🇳 si elle souhaite confirmer son départ.
