One thing I’m learning as a VA:
Businesses don’t always struggle with getting leads, sometimes the real issue is managing them properly.

Recently worked on building a lead management & follow-up system using Airtable, and it reminded me how important structure and visibility are in operations.

Good systems reduce confusion and missed opportunities.
