🚨TRAGIC: A 23-year-old nonverbal autistic woman named Aaliyah Fortner was starved and beaten to death inside a North Carolina group home.

She weighed just 84 pounds at the time of her death after losing more than 40% of her body weight over six months. Court documents allege her caregiver repeatedly tased her, beat her with objects, broke a broom over her body, and stomped on her head.

Aaliyah could not speak and had no way to cry out for help. The state had previously stripped the same caregiver of guardianship over another nonverbal adult, yet still allowed her to run the home and placed Aaliyah there.

This is a horrific failure by the system that was supposed to protect the most vulnerable.

Tu habites dans une cité. Tu te lèves tous les matins pour aller bosser, tu te prives pour payer ta voiture à crédit… et au réveil, tu la retrouves brûlée, ça me rend dingue !

À Saint-Gratien (95), une quinzaine de voitures sont parties en fumée sur un parking en une seule nuit.

L’un des propriétaires venait tout juste de l’acheter à crédit pour aller travailler. Sa voiture est détruite, mais il lui reste encore 10.000 € à rembourser. Voilà la double peine pour les honnêtes gens.

Et évidemment, tous ceux qui prétendent défendre les quartiers populaires sont bien silencieux quand les victimes sont des travailleurs et non des voyous.

Pour moi, c’est simple : si on retrouve les criminels, ils doivent rembourser intégralement chaque victime. Une voiture neuve ou sa valeur, les dégâts causés et le manque à gagner. Les honnêtes gens n’ont pas à payer pour les délinquants.
