🚗💶 This week, I bought $BMW at €69.

Honestly, not a fan of the sector 🤷‍♂️ nor the company (but love the cars 🥰).

The future looks challenging 🛑, but it was an opportunistic buy since it was trading at less than x4 P/E 📉 and had a dividend yield of over 8% 💰📈.

The drop 📉 was due to Volkswagen's issues 🚗💥 and BMW's brake problems 🚨 affecting short-term profits 💸, but this is a temporary setback 🛠️.

Looking at a target of €90 in 2025 📅. Planning to sell at €80-85 💸 for a 20% return 🤑.

Could it drop further? Absolutely!! 🔻 That's why I only bought a small amount 💡 and will add more if it reaches €60 🎯.

Remember, this is a stock to flip 🚀 not one to risk too much on... in a few days, it already moved from €69 to €73 📊💥.

📉💡 Want to benefit from future interest rate cuts with ZERO dollars of investment? 💵🚀

As we know, bond prices rise when interest rates fall, and this is highly probable in the US soon due to controlled inflation and emerging recession signs affecting employment. 📈

📉 This effect is more pronounced in long-term bonds like those represented by the ETF $TLT (20 years US bonds) which is very liquid. 💧

Yesterday, I opened a trade based on expected rate cuts (down to at least 4%) by May next year using $TLT options: 📅💼

- Sell x1 PUT @96 May 2025 📉
- Buy x2 CALL @107 May 2025 📈

The cost of buying the CALLs is offset by selling the PUT, so my cost is ZERO! 😁😁

If rates drop as expected, the CALLs will appreciate, giving me a profit (even before expiration).

💸💰 If $TLT stays between 96 and 107 at expiration, no gain or loss.

If it falls below 96, I’d buy 100 shares of $TLT at 96, effectively holding US Treasury bonds with a 3.8% annual yield at a reasonable price! 📊🇺🇸

Overall, I'm thrilled with this trade and its risk/reward ratio.

💪📊 It's a great alternative to equities, as companies like $NVDA, $AAPL, $GOOGL, or $TSLA might continue falling! 📉📉

📈🚀 After Fortinet's $FTNT strong results propelled it to $70, up 25%, what's next to benefit from this company?

While the rise puts it at fair value, if not slightly above, here's my strategy!!!

I still like the stock and believe it will grow ~15% annually over the next few years, so I'm not selling (even if it's not cheap).

To protect against potential declines (market drops, profit-taking after the rise, etc.), I've set up a COLLAR with options, allowing room for the stock to reach $75 due to its momentum. Here's the collar for every 100 shares:

- Buy x1 PUT October @ $65
- Sell x1 CALL October @ $75

This way, if the stock drops, I'll be covered by the PUT, and if it rises, I can sell at $75, which is a great price by October. If it stays in between, I'll adjust the trade or nothing will happen, and I'll keep the stock.
