A small girl with the Biggest God🙏🏽🏠
So earlier this year I purchased my first property🙌🏽
This year has been a rollercoaster but one thing that remains true is that God’s faithfulness will never cease. His mercies are new every morning.
Here’s to the first of many 🥂💫
Jobs are stressful. So is unemployment. Not finding a partner is stressful. So is having one. Working in an office is stressful. So is working with your hands. Having 50 clients is stressful. So is having none. Life is full of trade-offs. Don’t romanticise options you don’t know.
I had a really bad accident and almost died by falling down a waterfall on the River Nile and landing straight onto the rocks.
Unfit to fly home, stuck in Uganda, left for dead 💀
Dr Jamela saved my life. She was one of the very few Ugandan orthopaedic surgeons that just happened to be in the area the day of my accident.
Whilst in hospital for 10 days, I saw the drastic needs. No space and not a single orthopaedic surgeon on site 💔
This is what prompted the construction of this new 64 bed hospital ward which is filled with new doctors, nurses and resident surgeons 🥲
Guess who the surgeons are reporting directly to? Dr Jamela.
So many people said it wouldn’t be possible, the government wouldn’t allow me to build it, it would take years to build, it would cost billions to build ⛔️
These doubters didn’t realise that I am not just a billionaire in Uganda, but also a competent property developer. It took 7 months and cost just over 1 billion shillings only (£300,000 with all costs and exchange rate)
This is the same cost as buying a Lamborghini. Kind of sickening. Nothing wrong with driving one, but perhaps consider building a hospital ward first? 🤷♂️
I am a huge advocate for making money, but only when you remember the dark places you came from and use your money to help others, as well as living a nice life of course.
God put me in that pit for a reason, and what the enemy meant for evil, God meant for good 🙏🏻
I am returning home tomorrow, but will never forget this week. A legacy that will live on for centurys 💕
Yesterday, the Olympics' opening ceremony surfaced as one of the most controversial in world history.
It was the biggest blasphemy, sacrilege, and ridicule of the Christian faith the world has ever seen.
Now, this angered us greatly. But strangely, we found joy. Before sharing, let us attempt to explain everything that happened at the opening ceremony.
The most prominent was the corruption of the Last Supper.
The Eucharist, or communion, is the start of the New Covenant.
It is the Christian's translation from the world of death and sin to life and righteousness.
It is our blessed hope and assurance that we are joined with the Lord forever.
That was what they chose to desecrate. They replaced Christ, the head of the church, with an obese woman who looked like a queen.
They replaced the apostles who witnessed the gospel that saved the world with depraved gays, lesbians, and transgender degenerates.
Replacing Christ with a woman looking like a queen is like making a statement of being joined with a Christ that is not Jesus, but a Queen of Heaven—
Jeremiah 44:19:
“And,” said the women, “when we were burning sacrifices to the queen of heaven and were pouring out drink offerings to her, was it without our husbands that we made for her sacrificial cakes in her image and poured out drink offerings to her?”
The apostles witnessed the gospel Christ preached to us. They are the channels through which the gospel that saves is preached:
Hebrews 2:3:
"How shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him?"
Replacing them with depraved, immoral transgender and gay people is like signifying that another gospel of immorality is being witnessed, the one that spreads the gospel of our fallen state before salvation.
They exalted the Golden Calf in a worship-like embrace.
Remember, the Golden Calf was the first idol the Israelites turned to just 40 days after receiving the Law at Mount Sinai.
It is a direct statement of rebellion against God. This world has and will denounce God.
They featured one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse from the book of Revelation.
The Pale Horse symbolizes death and decay, and hell follows closely behind it.
This perhaps is a symbol of the realm of sin and darkness in immoral works that they all belong to and hope to take many to.
They went through this immense trouble to simply tell the world they belong to Satan and hope to drag millions to the fallen world Jesus saved us from.
If that was all they did, maybe there'd be no outrage. But they desecrated the faith of 2.4 billion people doing it.
They threw all caution against disrespecting other people's religion to the wind.
The need to honor and not discriminate against other people's faith that the West passionately advocates was dismissed yesterday.
They desecrated the Christian faith, openly, before 1 billion eyes.
Now, here is our joy. The happiness we found in this whole thing is that no one is pretending anymore.
They have openly defiled our faith, so we can now openly proclaim and defend it.
They threw all civility in respecting sacred elements of religion to the wind.
We, too, will now, as we should have been, proclaim every aspect of our faith without any restraint.
It will not matter which groups feel our gospel affects them. We are respectful and gentle as Christians.
But we will also be firm and assertive in the things it condemns and those it commends.
CHRISTIANS, DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU TO BE "CIVIL" ABOUT TALKING ABOUT YOUR FAITH.
TALK ABOUT IT. EVERYWHERE. ANYWHERE. ANYTIME.
STAND FOR IT. STAND BY IT. STAND ON IT.
If the Olympics could defile the Eucharist, you can talk about the gospel on the bus.
If the Olympics could worship the Golden Calf, you can tell your employer you can't do certain things because you are a Christian.
Stand for the gospel. Stand by the Gospel. Stand on the Gospel.
Lastly, Satanism is real. The West has been captured by him. The Man of Lawlessness, the spirit of the antichrist, rules the West.
That is why everything is about the LGBTQ ideology. Everything.
That is the sin that hallmarks the fallen world of sin. It is not a conspiracy theory to say that Satanism is the religion of the West.
So, be wary of their entertainment.
Be wary of their ideologies.
Be wary of their money.
Be wary. Stay in the word daily, and pray without ceasing. That is how we remain pure in this crooked and dark generation as we hold fast to the word of life—
Philippians 2:15:
"That you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world."
May Jesus the Christ sanctify you in your body, soul, and spirit till the day He returns, in Jesus' name. Amen.
Hoffman's past predictions are spooky:
• Predicted social networks would change the world (LinkedIn sold for $26B)
• Saw the sharing economy coming (Early Airbnb investor)
• Called the AI revolution years before ChatGPT
So we should probably listen to his latest prediction:
DON’T SCROLL PASS…
A lot of people don’t really know how to pray or perhaps pray wrongly, I just thought to share as it would help a lot of us.
Be Blessed
It’s me! I’m the founder of TeachHerSales (find us on IG+Tiktok) with the goal of getting more women into tech sales because it’s exciting, lucrative and too heavily male dominated. I’m speaking at Skyscanner’s London office next week. Grab a ticket here: https://t.co/9syiHbBZpL
This is misleading. The problem is that the average wage is 28k and the average rate of lending is 4.5 times yearly salary, but a so called affordable 2 bedroom flat in London is about 350k plus, so the deposit would need to bridge the gap. A single person on the average wage has less than 5k in the bank. What MP's keep calling affordable homes actually comes on the market for 15-20% more than the average property of the same number of bedrooms. In the 50s, a shoe salesman could get a mortgage, buy a car without getting a loan, and his wife wouldn't have to work, meaning the rate of inflation compared to wages are the problem. What the budget suggests is that MP's either don't know that the local authorities don't have enough properties to pick up the slack if private landlords leave the market (leaving millions homeless) or they don't care and this is all a plot to lure in younger voters who don't understand the housing market. They should have encouraged landlords to buy more properties by offering half-price stamp duty on buy to let mortgages, supplying more homes to the market without the government spending a penny while bringing in much needed tax money that could have been used to build more government housing. The landlords would rent the properties and pay more tax that could have been used once again to build more government housing. What kind of idiot would reduce housing in a housing shortage? And if their answer is it would reduce the asking prices of properties, that wouldn't change the fact that people don't earn and cannot save enough to buy properties as prices would still be out of reach for people on lower incomes who are struggling to pay energy bills, buy food and pay council tax as well as people with bad credit who would be susubjected to extortionate interest rates. Also, there are more council tenants in private tenancies than council tenancies due to lack of council housing. Do they also expect those people to buy? I see this government's actions towards landlords as an attack on freedom of trade in the housing sector. The continuous tightening of regulations, stealth taxes, and offering the incentive of cutting capital gains for giving up by selling is basically showing landlords the door. In addition, this will have a knock-on effect on estate agents and property management services as both of them have lettings properties on their books. Without landlords, 90% of estate agents would either go bankrupt or would have to reduce staff, causing tens of thousands of people to be out of work not to mention the lost tax revenue from the loss of landlords and agents alike. It would also mean the government would own all the rental properties available. Rents didn't become high because landlords became greedy overnight all at the same time. It's because mortgage costs went through the roof, and the government are trying to pass on the blame. If you want to blame someone for not being able to buy a home look no further than MP's and the BoE.

My favorite type of business model:
Turning expenses into profits.
Example:
• Roughly 1/3 of the world's food is wasted
• That’s about 1.3 billion tons per year
• Worth $230 billion globally
Here are businesses turning that into $:
