@prnbrett @PRNlive I'm old school, so I prefer the season long points format. But there's nothing to say wins can't be weighted higher. F1 winner gets 40% more points than 2nd. Make a win 45-50 points. 2nd gets 35. Reward both consistency and winning.

@jeff_gluck It feels like the Falcons 28-3 all over again. #11 had it and the crew chief fumbled it. Been a diehard Hamlin fan since Busch Series. But the format sucks too. I'm watching less because of it. And I'm not the only one. Watch maybe 6-8 races a year now. Used to never miss one.

@prnbrett @PRNlive (2) Contrast that with 2024, #22 won the title with an avg finish worse than 9 other playoff drivers. In 2019, Crafton won the truck title without winning a single race. So what's your criteria for legit? If it's wins, playoffs fail. If its consistency, playoffs fail.

@prnbrett @PRNlive (1) I was there. Kenseth had an average finish of 10.3 that year. And let's not pretend his closest competition won a lot. #48 had 3 wins, finished 2nd. #8 had 2 wins, finished 3rd. 94, Wallace had 10 wins, finished behind #3. Dale had a 8.2 avg vs Wallace 9.4.

@NASCARBowles @dennyhamlin It's the most Hamlin way to lose it. I've been a fan since he drove the #20 in the Busch series. Mad and heartbroken all at the same time. I can't imagine how he's feeling. @dennyhamlin Still one of the best to ever climb in a racecar though.

The Atlanta Falcons will never be a serious franchise with Rich McKay in the building. They liked about being in salary cap hell. They were, you know. They lied about McKay being out of football. They go with a collaborative approach so the egomaniac owner can have his say. It's not worked.

Last year, the head coach said the process of calling a timeout was a collaborative decision. There's not one high school football coach in the state of Georgia who use a collaborative approach to call a time out. But the head coach of the pro football team in this state has no choice.

This is one of the worst games I've ever seen in my 46 years of watching this franchise. And I've watched a lot of crappy games.

@Random_Numbers @SenatorTimScott Cost to feed a family grew 2.5x more than inflation over the last 4 years. My car insurance went up 36% with 0 claims. Everything is more expensive and several items outpaced inflation. Grocery stores aren't the problem. It's the products they sell.

@cpk_diecast You're right but that's not the issue. Issue is money. Driver's and Owners both get big bucks to make the playoffs. That move cost one of the teams running well this year millions of dollars. For a team that's 32nd in points. Rewarding that driving is not a good look.
