@Instacart @InstacartHelp Naw. Already spent too much time getting the run around from customer service. I've moved on to the complain in public phase. If you want to care about customer service, ditch the ai bot that sucks, and put call centers in the USA with native English speaking Americans.

There is one company with the worst customer service. @Instacart is downright awful. Talk to a bot, then have to repeat yourself to the agent, agent reads script over and over and doesnt have a brain in their head to listen and come up with a viable solution to an easy problem.

Terrible experience @GCIAK with getting new modem.

1. The old one worked fine.
2. The new modem sucks, isn't any faster, and keeps cutting out.
3. Forcing me to download a stupid phone app in order to change settings on the modem.

Absolutely horrible experience.

And doesn't start unfolding until 1:00 AM when you have a 6:00 AM wake up time and you have just entered deep sleep.
