Correct. This video from last year is what I've been exposing for years. There is an international syndicate (think in terms of mafia type syndicate) that operates and uses the intel agencies as their praetorian guard. They create false flags, wage economic warfare (think oil and gas and currency manipulation), political warfare and paramilitary activities.
