▪️#MRI angiography of the lower limbs shows bilateral occlusions at the P2 sgt of the popliteal arteries with distal refill at the lvl of the anterior tibial arteries and tibiofibular trunks (fig 1-2).

▪️The guidewire is funneled through a Vanschie 2 catheter from above and the introducer in the right groin. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty is performed with a 3mm balloon in the anterior tibial artery and distal popliteal artery and 6 mm balloon.
