@mrginden@Naozymandias Ability to express will is expressly something for an adult, even if a fetus has no will, that is expressly still the inability to express will, but it will likely be able to given natural processes. Why are you adamant about being able to kill fetuses instead of evicting them?
@mrginden@Naozymandias Furthermore, it is also effectively keeping the fetus intentionally stuck inside the “mother’s” womb, forestalling care. It’s like locking someone inside your house while refusing to feed them.
@Naozymandias You do not get to kill the fetus in the process of removal, assuming it is avoidable. You are allowed to throw a homeless man, that teleported into your house spontaneously, out of your house, but you are not allowed to kill him, as there is a gentleness and intent requirement.
