The largest flaw is that people do not see the profits they make as their money, and in return, they have no emotional connection to it.
They did not have to work for the profit in the same way they had to work for their initial capital.
2) People are inherently addicted to gambling.
This comes as no surprise, and the house money effect holds true as wealth transfers from one "investment" to another.
