@AESOhio 90YR OLD WITH WALKER LEFT IN DARK. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. After power was “restored” on our street, I showed an AES worker in my yard that this fuse WAS OFF to my elderly neighbor’s house, he promised another crew to fix it was 15-20 minutes out. At 2:30pm Saturday.

If there are no limbs down on that line or any of the houses connected to it, then that fuse can be flipped up to restore the connection, or replaced if it is bad.

@AESOhio Just need someone to flip the switch on this fuse. All other houses on the line have power. AEG representative inspected the line @2:30pm Saturday and said crew was dispatched 15-20 mins away. My 90yr old neighbor with a walker would like some lights!
