✅ ATHLETE ANALYSIS:Setzer brings a sturdy frame and developing technical ability to the offensive line. At 6’3 and 270 pounds, he carries the build to anchor effectively while still moving well laterally along the line of scrimmage. Setzer shows encouraging footwork in pass protection, staying balanced and working to keep defenders from gaining inside leverage. His toughness also shows up at the point of attack, consistently engaging defenders and fighting through contact to sustain blocks. Setzer moves well for his size when working across the formation or climbing to second-level defenders. His strength, lateral mobility, and pass protection ability immediately strengthen his profile across Wisconsin’s developing 2028 offensive line group.
✅ RECRUITING INSIGHT:Setzer continues to develop as a young offensive lineman heading into his junior offseason. Programs evaluating interior and tackle prospects often look for players who combine size, mobility, and coachable technique, traits that appear throughout his evaluation. His ability to stay balanced in protection and compete physically in the trenches highlights a strong developmental foundation. Setzer also competes on the varsity level early in his high school career, which provides valuable experience against older competition. With continued exposure and development ahead, Setzer remains a prospect worth monitoring in the 2028 class.
