Extremely disappointed with @TheSleepCo_ . I bought a chair that was defective out of the box—it’s tilted, and I can’t sit straight. The technician confirmed it’s a manufacturing defect and initially said the entire bottom half would be replaced.

Then I’m told they’ll only replace the piston, using a hammer that will leave marks. After 2 weeks of chasing with no updates, they now say I’ll be charged to fix their mistake.
