The issue is finally resolved. Thanks team @flipkartsupport (especially Ms Nivedita Sharma and Ms Umme Kulsum) for processing the refund.
I wish it was looked into properly sooner but better late than never.

@Flipkart The product delivered turned out to be damaged with a crack on top and the hinge on the bottom left completely bent making it impossible for the installation guy to open the door.
He advised us to return the product and we did so on 3rd Jan 2025
