Relax your body & mind w/ this group fitness offering befitting Stress Less Week. This class is designed for the participant that has little to no experience w/ yoga. Poses will be simple & explained fully. A variety of modifications will also be shown. No equipment required.

Outdoor Adventure is hosting another Rappelling Clinic to help improve your skills as a climber. If you haven’t been able to attend the last couple this is your opportunity to come join us on Tuesday, April 20 from 4-7 PM at the CPA climbing wall. Register by 12 PM on April 20.

Due to the rain and wet field conditions, the Oz-Mazing Doggy Yoga class that was to be held tonight, April 13 will be rescheduled for this Thursday, April 15. The class will still be held on the CPA Front Yard at 5 pm. ETSU ID is REQUIRED, registration is NOT.
