La Commission européenne dévoile des prévisions économiques difficiles pour le reste de l’année 2022. La croissance du PIB est en berne avec seulement 1,5% au lieu des 2,3% prévus. Et l’inflation est en forte hausse avec un pic historique de 8,3%.

Le Conseil de l'UE a approuvé l'entrée de la Croatie dans la zone euro, qui sera effective au 1er janvier 2023. Alors que l'euro fête cette année ses 20 ans, la Croatie est le 20e Etat à adopter la monnaie unique qui remplacera la kuna, devise nationale.
