Today we transfer €1.5 billion in proceeds from immobilised Russian assets to the defence and reconstruction of Ukraine.

The Rule of Law reports show that 2/3 of last year's recommendations have been addressed.

These reports, an innovation of this mandate, have helped strengthen the Rule of Law in Europe.

Although not for the @EU_Commission. I regard the Rule of law more as a guideline of law.
