EU-HYBNET is concluding! After a successful final project review and presenting 5 years of work, it will transfer to @HCoE. The project ends, but the network continues. Stay tuned for the final results in the coming weeks.

Following some closing words from Mr. Tomasz Tokarski and Mr. Nicolas Bessot, the 5th Final Workshop EU-HYBNET has now officially closed! Thank you to all who joined and made the event a success. We are immensely proud to have our final event end in such a way.
To close out our event we discussed the future EU strategy on cyber technology considering the growing geopolitical competition whit Ms. Evaldas Bruze and Mr. Gunhild Gjorv.
Then Ms. Beatriz Garcia and Mr. Ruben Martin talked about the emerging issues like the disinformation.
Ms. Sabina Magalini, Mr. Hans van Leeuwe, Ms. Beth Lambert, Mr. Frédéric Guyomard, Ms Souzanna Sofou and Mr. Gunhild Gjørv discussed relevant topics related to H.T. such as: how the hybrid attcacks can damege the healthcare, industrial system through the disinformation and more.
This afternoon Mr. Maxime Lebrun, Ms. Souzanna Sofou and Ms. Afroditi Gagara Kozonaki, touched on relevant issues such as: cyber and future technologies, the future trends of hybrid threat and the needs and gaps analysis related to hybrid threat scenario.
With the opening words from Mr. Isto Mattila, our project coordinator, Mr. Antonio Platias, Foreign Affair Institute Executive Director and Mr. Todor Tagarev, Institute of ICT, the 5th and Final Annual Workshop has officially started.
Our 5th Final Annual Workshop opens with keynotes focusing on developing a Pan-Europenan Hybrid Resiliance Strategy, focusimg on how threats such as Russian Disinformation threatens our internal security.

By comparing national investment strategies and security markets, the project was able to establish buyer groups and a toolbox!
