I am glad to share with you my latest article on the long-standing problem of the admissibility of actions for environmental protection. Is the EU dragging its feet on this issue?
Thanks to @EUKSLR for publishing this small piece.

@F_Brito_Bastos ...but surely the MSs decision, implicit or explicit, 'must be exercised in compliance with obligations deriving from EU law' (and the respect for democracy is one of those), as per standard formulation. Luigi Lonardo
@F_Brito_Bastos I agree. Just for the sake of discussion, is it correct that "in accordance with their const requirement" is a question of EU law? I don't think it is straightforward to say it flows from Article 2 or 10(1) TEU (see eg AG op in C‑457/18 para 117).
@enzoreds@Dr_JRussell@AcademicChatter Hi Enzo, what should the candidate highlight in the CV so that you don't throw out false negatives? Luigi Lonardo, tweeting in a personal capacity. Thanks.
@GrahamButler1@RamsesWessel@European_Papers Graham and Ramses, I would be very keen on contacting potential contributors for a special issue, if that's something of interest. Luigi Lonardo
"Brexit leads man more than man leads Brexit".
Somebody had to say it. We say it in the words of Joseph de Maistre (1753-1821), a reactionary anti-rationalist voice of the counterenlightment.
