🔴 Roberto David Castillo Mejía, Gerente de DESA, y 🔴Carolina Lizeth Castillo Argueta, ex-funcionaria de la ENEE, ambos culpables de fraude:

5 años de prisión
Inhabilitación absoluta por el doble de la pena
Multa de 380,000 Lempiras

🔴 Raúl Pineda Pineda, ex-alcalde de San Francisco de Ojuera, enfrenta dos delitos:

Delito de falsificación de documentos públicos: 2 años de prisión + multa de trabajo social
Delito de usurpación de funciones: 1 año y 1 mes de prisión + inhabilitación para cargos municipales por 6 años
