I had a great day at Saginaw Valley State meet. I ran a new PR in the 60m dash: 6.82(#1 in Michigan, #3 in the nation), and a new PR in the 200m dash: 21.72(#2 in Michigan, #2 in the nation) I Gotta keep working🙏🏾

I had a great week at the 2023 AAU Junior Olympics. I ran a new PR in the 400m dash 48.84, and I earned All-American honors in the 4x400m relay with a 47.9 1st leg split, and a time of 3:16.26 for a 6th place finish overall!

Today at the Michigan Indoor State Championships, I finished 4th overall in the 400m dash with a new PR of 49.76 seconds!! Our 4x400m relay also finished 4th!!
