Somehow the proposed Arch in DC is not a memorial or a monument (according to the government) so it gets to skip Commemorative Works review. It also isn't too high because, Federalism. How can planners weigh in on design without any commemorative context? https://t.co/Hm0swpV4gE

But its obviously a memorial , albeit with no articulated official purpose, Congressional, or other authorization. And Congress passed a height limit that definitely applies to the Federal government because, Congress did it.

@Bruce_DePuyt @CruiseNorwegian Having the same problem after creating a NCL account online and almost buying a cruise until all of the fees on were tacked on and $2200 trip became $5000. Got essentially the same cruise out of New York minus one sea day on @MSCCruisesUSA with Aurea class upgrades for $3000
