After someone has passed that background test they can buy as many guns as they want.

@RSNikhil @MikeLevinCA @GeorgeTakei If I’m not mistaken the cities with the strictest gun laws in the untied states have the most deaths to gun violence, and the places with the most relaxed gun laws have few gun related accidents. Also the places where mass shootings take place are in gun free zones.
