A fifth week passes by with @GreenFlagUK and still there is no sign of either my car or caravan being repatriated to the UK. Apparently nobody is returning their calls or emails. Welcome to my world!

Yes it can! @GreenFlagUK almost 5 weeks since breakdown in Italy. Both car and caravan still where we left them. All possessions still in the caravan. No Senior Management ownership CEO @pennyjames acknowledged weeks ago and today they estimate another 3 weeks!

After admitting to a 12 day delay due to them not understanding the situation they are now trying to push the date back beyond 5 weeks. Can this get any worse?

@GreenFlagUK With respect Paddy I don’t think you have the slightest understanding of my frustration. This should have been sorted two weeks ago and I’m being given dates 2 weeks in the future all due to incompetence
