Bomb Threat- 2000 block W Maryland St, Anchor Court Apartments. Started around 7pm when EPD was dispatched to a 911 hang-up, where a male on the line said he was going to blow up the building. EFD & medics are now on scene assisting EPD. Apartments have been evacuated. Avoid the area & expect a very heavy emergency crew response in the area.

UPDATE to an accident we reported on Saturday night:

18-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED FOLLOWING SUSPECTED DRUNK-DRIVING CRASH

The driver faces multiple charges after a crash at Wimberg and Kratzville roads just after 7 p.m. Saturday evening.

Deputies say Zachary Tucker allegedly crossed the center line and struck a truck. Tucker reportedly admitted drinking alcohol before driving and registered 0.083 on a portable breathalyzer.

After receiving treated at a hospital, Tucker was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on operating while intoxicated, OWI endangerment, minor in possession of alcohol, and having an open container.

UPDATE to an accident we reported on last night:

A two-vehicle crash flipped a Jeep at Washington and Kentucky avenues early Sunday after a silver car allegedly ran a red light.

Witnesses said the car’s driver fled on foot, then left in another vehicle. Police later located Jaquarious Watson, who admitted driving the car after initially claiming it was stolen.

Watson was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on a charge of leaving the scene of a crash resulting in injury.

EARLIER: Person w/Gun- Occurred around 725pm at Garvin Park. Caller stated a black male was waving a gun around at the basketball court. Male put it in his waistband & got into a vehicle occupied by 2 females. EPD quickly arrived, conducted a felony traffic stop on the vehicle at Garvin Park, & got 1 in custody. No reports of anyone shot.

Video of the plane clearly showing its broken landing gear. Plan is preparing to make an emergency crash landing. Plane is circling Boonville, & has been burning fuel since 335pm, planning to land at Boonville Airport around 5pm. Ohio Township Fire, Evansville Regional Airport Fire, Boonville Fire, & StatFlight on scene. 1 person on the ground is being flown to a hospital after being hit by parts of the plane.

Warrick County BREAKING: 3:35 pm: Prop plane with broken landing gear getting ready to make an emergency crash landing at the Boonville Airport. The pilot is burning off fuel before making an emergency landing. Evansville Regional Airport Fire Department is en route to the scene. StatFlight is en route to the scene. Boonville and Ohio Township Fire Department on scene.

3:47 pm: Plane awaiting the arrival of Evansville Regional Airport Fire Department before landing. StatFlight was dispatched due to somebody getting hit from a piece of the plane on the ground.

Traffic Stop- 620 E Diamond, Ollies. EPD has a vehicle that is banged up & has flat tires pulled over. 1 subject in the vehicle was refusing to exit. Vehicle was involved in an earlier incident with EPD. Sergeant requested for use of force at the traffic stop. Expect a heavier police presence here.
