@yomitheprof Can you compare his crime and judgement to those in the political landscape who steal billions of the common wealth of the people but only receive a pat on the back by the judicial system meant to be the last hope for justice of the citizenry. I know lady justice is blind BUT ๐ค
@yomitheprof In Nigeria a crime is what those in power or their various agencies or cronies say it is despite what the constitution of the Federal Republic says. Consider the scenerio of the recently pardoned prisioner condemned to death by hanging for stealing of fowl/chicken some yrs ago๐ค

I'm back again on another long hold for 45min and counting waiting to speak to a representative and I was earlier directed to the chat forum on the app - that didn't yield any result but directed I call.
@LloydsBank Really! I'm sure at the resolution of this dispute I will hold the record of been kept on hold for the longest time before any resolution was achieved. I would expect that you would have gotten across to the team responsible to reach out to me by now rather than sending me back

@LloydsBank And a feedback/update given. Requesting for a callback might be farfetched but the bank reaching out to me after about 2hrs 10min - combined time - of being on hold is the least expected
@LloydsBank The issue with the app in my opinion is that my responses MUST be either yes or no. I have a dispute (DI-1620175) already raised that I need an update on and that isn't a YES or NO issue

I've been on hold for about an hour now to get an update on a payment that occured on my account on 06/02/2024 my reference is D1-1620175. I await a response.
