How does one become a Tier 1 Server Host or suggest hosts for NA West.

I'm a Mobility/ISP Carrier here in Canada and I can hook you guys up with some connections here in the West for those pesky Alaskan and Northern B.C players.

@Mark_Goldberg Just saw this as I'm not as active on here.

It does suck, but when I launched the Part 1 Application back in January, our main goal was to get rid of the grey areas we found when navigating our startup.

Especially Tier 4 Spectrum and getting everyone to play ball with ours.
