@WilliamsRuto In most of my visit follow ups I find some of my patients dead not becz the treatment failed but because they were overwhelmed by strong drugs on empty stomachs sometimes we feed them on our own capacity but can't sustain them forever yet yu celebrate jamhuri

@WilliamsRuto feel hurt seeing yu roam around deceiving us that economy is growing how when Kenyans can't have food in their stomachs no money in pockets no Jobs to attend to businesses collapsing most cases I spend my money to feed a few coz yu can't medicate weak/hungry

@HonAmasonKingi @WilliamsRuto To Kenyans there is no longer great occasions, I didn't even remember what holiday it is today till I got to social media many Kenyans in serious dilapidated situations from hunger to bad health lack of money my mission for the past few weeks has been painful
