@TheHerd @colincowherd The issue that some ppl may have with “ring chasing” to a title is it becomes disingenuous after you win that ring to now say you are the greatest of all time when you chose the easier path to get there. Where some players had to grind it out to win with what they had.

@DavidFurones_ Don’t denigrate the NYK for playing inferior opponents, blame the teams for not being good enough to get there. Because either the 1&2 seeds were frauds & still would’ve lost to NYK or the 4&7 were just better. And the NYK STILL had to play those teams that beat the 1&2 seeds.

@ShaunMorash True but you’re either a NYM or NYY fan.. NYG or NYJ etc… most NYM, NYY, NYG, NYR, NYI, NYJ fans have one commonality if they’re a fan of the NBA.. they root for the NYK. Which unifies opposite fans. “I hate that you root for xyz.. but at least we both root for the NYK.”
