@speakoutsister @Rebecca_SPaul There's a further point. Allocation of transgender prisoners needs to follow safeguarding criteria, the safety of the prisoner, and that of fellow inmates. A blanket ban would prevent that. Only a fanatic would suggest that a post-op trans woman should go to a male prison
