Covalent HQ (@Covalent_HQ) raised approximately $21M in total across pre-sales and funding rounds. CoinList public sale buyers paid $0.35 per token (Option 1).

Here is exactly what has happened from the launch and token migration to where we stand today:

1️⃣ During the 2021 @CoinList sale, retail investors bought in at $0.35 (and other options). Before that, VCs and seed investors had secured massive allocations for much cheaper. The public sale brought in $11M, totaling nearly $21M in fresh capital.

2️⃣ As the token price melted and liquidity dried up over the years, the team migrated the old $CQT token to the new $CXT (Covalent X Token) at a 1:1 ratio in July 2024, framing it as a "Network Upgrade." Everyone was told this was a fresh start and that major exchanges would support it.

3️⃣ The result: The rebranding and ticker change did absolutely nothing. Right now, the $CXT price is crawling at around ~$0.0021.

→ This means retail investors who joined the presale with high hopes paying $0.35 are down 99.4%. (For those who bought the $2.10 ATH, the loss is 99.999%).

4️⃣ Despite the extra $5M in fresh funding raised from strategic investors in June 2024, on-chain liquidity in the market is practically dead. Throughout the unlock schedules, early investors (VCs) relentlessly dumped the token on retail investors' heads.

5️⃣ Despite multi-million dollar "successful" funding rounds, the token's current Market Cap has melted down to $2M levels. The return on all that raised capital turned into a worthless order book for retail.

Even though I know I won't get an answer, here are my questions for the @Covalent_HQ team:

❓ Exactly where was the total $21M you raised (including the $5M gathered just in June 2024) spent, resulting in the entire project's market cap dropping down to a mere $2M?
❓ Was the migration from $CQT to$CXT just cosmetic makeup to wipe out the inflation in tokenomics and make people forget the price chart heading to zero?
❓ There are countless community members who have proven with on-chain data that massive amounts of $CXT are being sold from team wallets. Why this dead silence despite getting caught dumping your own token?
❓ What does it indicate when many team members in different positions quietly leave the project with just a single goodbye message? Are you abandoning ship, or are you planning to hire more competent names to replace them and save the project?
❓ With many T1 and even T2 exchanges delisting $CXT, aren't you going to make any statement to the community and your investors regarding crisis management or the roadmap ahead?
❓ You are banning even long-standing community members who make the slightest criticism or ask about the project's fate from Telegram—the strongest platform for team-community communication—using "insults or FUD" as an excuse. What are you hiding by silencing the investors?
❓ Buybacks, which were the biggest use case for $CXT, were halted months or even years ago. You claim the project is making money, but this revenue has zero reflection on the token price. With absolutely no utility left and the price heading straight to zero, what measures are you planning to take? Or let me correct the question: Are you actually planning to take any measures at all?
